What we offer

The process of managing properties goes as follows: if you do not already own a property and would like to invest in one, we offer consulting services and the selection of a property to invest in, according to you criteria. On the other hand, if you already own a property that hasn't been rented yet, we will help you bring that property to a rentable state. We are also responsible for putting your property on the market, finding the right tenant for you and resolving all the follow-up paperwork. During the rental period we do regular control of the property, making sure the bills and rent is paid on time, as well as providing technical maintenance and repairs when needed. After the rental period is over, we organize cleaning services, as well as repairs if needed, in order to have the property ready to go on the market again.
